Most camp lanterns have two settings: blinding and off. Inside a tent, you want enough light to read or find your gear without waking everyone up.
The Summit lantern dims smoothly from a low glow to full brightness with a turn of the dial. It recharges over USB, hangs from its handle in the tent or stands on a table, and it is waterproof for wet nights. The retro shape looks right at a campsite and at home during a power outage.
